Payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard. Alternative payment methods by direct banking may be available by prior arrangement in Euros or Pound Sterling. Payments will be charged in EUROS at the rates above.
30% deposit with reservation, balance 2 months prior to arrival (automatically charged to the card used at the time of booking).
If your arrival date is within 2 months, full payment must be made at time of booking.
A security deposit is required on arrival for all self catered guests. 500€ Main Chalet, 300€ Grand Apartment and 200€ Petit Apartment. This can be paid in either cash or by credit card. The amount will be refund within 7 days of departure or on day of departure for guests paying cash (only after an inspection).
Flights & airport transfers are not included in the price.
Inhouse transfers are available to and from the slopes at a cost of 16€ per trip for an 8-seater bus to the Super Morzine or Pleney ski lifts. Alternatively a ski bus passes from end of our road for 1€ per person (Balad'Aulps Bus). Slope transfers are included for half-board guests.
Checkin is normally from 1700hrs. Checkout is at 1000hrs.
Chalet Andu operate a no-outdoor-shoe policy in the Chalet. Please bring a pair of shoes for indoor use only.
Chalet Andu does not accept any liability or responsibility for the provision of third party services including ski hire, ski lessons and transfers.
It is advised that all guests have sufficient travel insurance.
